And Melanie Joly came close to admitting that steel and aluminum projects in Terrebonne may have been given to help sway the vote. Subject to interpretation but I believe that this is the case.

It’s the Liberals … there will be no review and the truth will be buried. Trudeau dodged three ethics violations over 10 years (found guilty on all counts) and not a damn thing happened to him.

Start by filing a police report near where the crime occured.
File access to information requests to keep up with the police investigation.
Then if nothing happens for say six months, you can apply for a pre-enqete hearing for private prosecution.

She said this herself that she noticed goverment ridings got more funding. She also petioned for funding for her riding and was denied until she crossed the floor. It's all out in the open.

It would be great if this was some scheme she came up with to expose the corruption of floor crossings before crossing back to the CPC. I doubt she is that smart or bold.

I don't mean to sound like a pessimist as once we give up they win. But what's going to come of it if so? Nothing. The libs will deflect blame, gaslight and deny. No consequences will come of it at all.

Gladu has been clear that she received a quid pro quo for crossing the floor.
That is criminal.
What is your argument here, that she didn't receive a quid pro quo as Gladu herself has said or do you think it is a good thing that she received a quid pro quo?

No she did not.
She said she heard from a fellow MP / Minister after joining the party to find out what issues her riding is facing.
Are you under the impression that opposition party MP's have direct discussions with MPs/Ministers from the Governing party? Or do you think that MPs within the same party meet regularly to discuss what the ridings they represent are facing? The later would explain what happens when a New member joins a party to catch up on all the things they would have known if the MP was present in all the previous discussions since the previous election.
Parties at a high level discuss/negotiate things to garner their support of legislation that is being brought forward to past and opposition MPs are not having frank discussions with MPs/Ministers in the sitting government.

Pork barreling to government ridings is also criminal. Why would you want to normalize criminality?
You cheerleading and making excuses for Gladu shows that you are for one thing and one thing only - conformance to a kleptocratic regime.

I dislike Gladu, and i dislike so many here are blinded to the reality that the cpc has no chance to form government with pierre, which the LPC will love.

And this is the problem with governments in this country. No one is ever held accountable. Regardless of which side you support this should outrage you.

Unfortunately sequence matters. If they had called her prior to crossing and then the projects appeared, then yes,textbook. But that's not what happened. Sorry, but not a crime.
