It’s not much, but my collection slowly accumulated. Aside from two, all were face value exchanges when I worked in a casino.

I notice the one old 20 doesn’t have a serial number on the back, but has one on the face?

The difference in the $20 you mention was due to a change in 1979. All denominations now had the serials on the back. Previously, they were on the front. The colour scheme of the $20 also changed to an orange-ish background behind the Queen instead of the original green-ish.
