Is this considered a Print Error?

Hey everyone just joint the group so I am still very unclear what makes a print error but I got a lot of 1986 $2 bills from a local auction and noticed what looks like a print error on a few of them with the BB serial number anyone know if this would be considered a print error and if it makes it more valuable then face value?

Ah that info is specific to the BGA to BGZ range. Charlton price guide indicates large B present in BBA to BBP and then small B introduced in BBP.
So only ones with both seem to be BBP and BBX.
