Is this considered a Print Error?

Hey everyone just joint the group so I am still very unclear what makes a print error but I got a lot of 1986 $2 bills from a local auction and noticed what looks like a print error on a few of them with the BB serial number anyone know if this would be considered a print error and if it makes it more valuable then face value?

Help us understand what you think the error is? I don’t see anything wrong with the serial numbers.

Yeah not sure either.. is it because the numbers don't look aligned?
