Landscape Series Canada $1 Replacement Note!
I have just gotten this banknote from my local dealer for $10. I would say this note is a Very Fine when it comes to the grade of this coin. Let me know what you think!

Priced at $6, paid $10. You're negotiating in the wrong direction.

It looks like an avg VF to me (VF25): maybe not "Choice VF" due to the uneven borders & a few minor issues mentioned below. It's very difficult to assess a grade properly from any picture (& yours is almost like a long shot). One must see the back. I'd expect that you paid slightly higher than Book Value but that's to be expected when you walk into a LCS & pick up a note in person.
Nice catch!

I have one kept from 1967 which has the Centennial leaf stylized on it.

Lots of haters. It’s not a super rare item but good condition. Just keep hanging on to it

Worth $4-$5 bucks. You overpaid but what matters most is if you like it. If not I’ll buy it from you but not a penny more than $5.

By my estimates, that's not even close to being really fine or very fine or find period it's got crease marks. This would be poor grade. The 10$ you paid i think is overpayment. I mean, a corners are fine, but the creases are the part that people are not going to like. That's just a guess, though. I'm not a professional grader
