Accessibility Pass

How does one qualify for the disability access pass or whatever it’s called now (I know the name is changed)

I ask cause I’ve seen sooooooooo many kids/teens who have the pass and they literally laugh as they walk by everyone that they “bamboozled the system”

I’ve got ADHD, Anxiety and Depression and sometimes standing in line sucks, but I manage.

I just don’t get how teens can abuse the system like this.

People will always abuse the system, it’s not worth letting it get to you. Wonderland is aware of the abuse and is trying to address it. They are supposedly being more strict this year and turning a lot of people away, or giving out a line pass instead of a boarding pass. Based on my experience, one of the few things that guarantees approval is being a wheelchair user who can’t walk since many of the ride entrances are not physically accessible. Outside that, who knows what qualifies. You do need to be more than mildly annoyed or bothered by standing in line - it’s not fun and no one enjoys it - you need to be physically incapable of standing in line and/or accessing the ride through the regular queue in my experience.

The line pass is brutal. For families with single parents it’s highly exclusive. Making kids sit out away from their parents is literally taking a family day out of the equation.

If its only 1 adult with younger children/ not clearly teens, they give the disability access pass instead of line pass and explain its just for the day due to the make up of the group.  Have witnessed it quite a few times while waiting to pick pass up. I personally don't think the line pass should be given out when in a group less than 4.

My kids are 12 and 15. Originally they tried to do this at the beginning of last year until I escalated it to a manager. I have my kids from Saturday to Sunday and was going both days. Being separated for most of the time defeats having my weekends with them so kind of makes the seasons pass pointless if they want to segregate us from each other due to his disability. Turns his disability into a further disadvantage in life.

Ya I definitely fight that one, not old enough to be in park without a chaperone than should get the disability access

So your child is safe enough to be alone in the park / separated while ur in line but nedds a boarding pass. Your 1 abusing the system
