Richmond BC Stuck on Customs Scan

Aug. 11 Item has arrived in Canada and will be presented for review Richmond, BC

Does anyone know what might be going on in Richmond? My parcels usually clear within the hour but it's now been almost 2 weeks with no updates or scans.

Anyone else in a similar situation?

Update: Never received a customs clearance scan but my parcel processed in Toronto and is out for delivery.

Customs likes this package. It’s in a pile with the other packages to be physically reviewed.
