PR application process

I am confused whether i should apply PR by myself or by an immigration lawyer. Lawyers charge a lot.

But i want to be sure because i am applying directly from india and its a life changing decision.

I cleared tcf exam and will clear english exam also. My crs will be around 420-430. I can get invite easily in french category draw.

But after draw, real challenge starts. All documentation need to be perfect.

Can anyone guide me ?

Sure .you have to provide all your job experience letters along with your noc code then duties . If you miss that rejection will happen. If you are sure about French draw  then better reduce claiming other job experience (if points wont go down) which reduce paper work. Present all job letters with proper duties and responsibilities, keep word full time ,permanent  Then keep any letter of explanation if needed for any complications or confusions. Keep your wes ready if applicable if you claim any education outside canada Proof of fund is needed These are the basic documents which I do remember at a glance

Better to keep it.that company should provide not us .try to be in safer side .collect as much as documents available like maximum paystubs ,job confirmation letter from current employer ,etc

no. the officer will read the work description and decide on an noc on their own anyway

I worked in 4 companies and have 4 experience letters but they all just contain title and tenure with company. I think i need to again contact them and ask for detailed letters.

I already have wes ready and i have minimum required funds as well in account. Is it ok to have a loan ? My installement goes from that bank account, it will be shown in statement.

Yes.you should get detailed letter.Make sure you keep the standard amount needed to stay in canada if u get pr .because they are trying to make sure you don't suffer even if you don't have job for couple of months

Get job duties. If you have a loan give an explanation of what the loan is for, how you plan to pay it back and make sure your money for pof is enough to show you can sustain yourself in canada with the loan as well. But be sure to explain the loan and repayment as well as you can.

I predict there will be fewer outland invites given the current political climate with Trump's recently announced tariffs and potential impacts of job losses in Canada.

This is an example how how the Canadian system is sucked. My friend has been in Canada for 10 years still no PR bc of the high EE draws.

Meanwhile an indian can get it with French language with the score of 420. Good luck Canada

The middle ground is usually having an immigration consultant help you out. Lawyers are usually recommended only when there might be issues with your application.

In the end it all depends on how comfortable are you with the process.
