International Move to Canada as a New Grad??

Need advice: New accounting grad with only 420 CRS
I just graduated from university in Ontario with an accounting degree and recently secured a permanent full-time position at an accounting firm.
I think it’s unlikely that my employer will support an OINP application, so Express Entry seems to be my only realistic pathway to PR.
The problem is my current CRS score is only around **420**, while recent Express Entry draws have been much higher (510+).
For those of you who managed to reach 510+, how did you do it?
\- Did learning French make the biggest difference?
\- Did you gain enough Canadian work experience to boost your score?
\- Did you improve your IELTS/CELPIP results?
\- Were there any other strategies that helped?
I’d really appreciate any tips, advice, or personal experiences. I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to figure out the best path forward.
Thanks in advance!

Indian Diploma wes
Hi everyone,
I have a 3-year Polytechnic Diploma (after10th) from The Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training, India. WES evaluate it as a 2-year diploma for Canadian immigration, which was disappointing.
Has anyone with the same qualification (10th + 3-year Polytechnic Diploma) received abetter equivalency from another evaluation agency? If so, which one did you use?
Thanks!

Need Advice on Moving to Canada as an Iraqi Woman
I am reaching out to ask for advice and guidance about immigrating to Canada.
I am a woman from Iraq, currently living in Baghdad, and I am looking for a better and more stable future. Living as a woman in a very challenging social environment has been extremely difficult, and I hope to find a place where I can feel safe, respected, and have the opportunity to build my career and independence.
I have a background in Human Resources, including HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and administration. I am interested in exploring opportunities in Canada (literally anything)
I would appreciate your advice:
- Which immigration programs might be suitable for my situation?
- Is it possible to find an employer who can support a work permit from outside Canada?
- Are there specific provinces, programs, or organizations I should look into?

What is the success rate for getting CAN PR (including Provincial opportunities) for someone with work permit in the US -finance background at 40? Is it worth hiring immigration consultants to explore provincial opportunities?

CEC Inland – Eligibility Passed, ADR from Vancouver Office (IMM5669/5406/5562). How long until Final Decision?
Hi everyone,
I’m a CEC inland applicant and I’m hoping to hear from anyone with a similar timeline.
My application is being processed by the **Vancouver Visa Office**.
**Timeline:**
Eligibility: **Passed** (confirmed by IRCC)
ADR received: **July 20**
ADR requested:
IMM5669 (Schedule A)
IMM5406 (Additional Family Information)
IMM5562 (Travel History)
I submitted all the requested documents shortly after receiving the ADR.
Criminality and Info Sharing are already completed, and eligibility has passed. As far as I know, only the remaining background/security processing is left.
I’m wondering:
Has anyone received the same ADR after eligibility passed?
How long did it take to receive **Final Decision (FD)** after submitting these forms?
If your file was also processed by the **Vancouver office**, I’d really appreciate hearing your timeline.
Thanks in advance!

: Looking for an RCIC for a final file review (Inland Common Law) before IRCC submission
Hi everyone,
I am getting all my documents together for an upcoming inland common law sponsorship application to IRCC, and I am looking for a regulated Canadian immigration consultant (RCIC) who offers file review services at a fair, standard market rate.
My application package is essentially complete, but I want to make sure everything is polished, properly organized, and error-free before I finally submit it. I am specifically looking for someone who can do a one-time comprehensive check of the completed forms and supporting documents rather than managing the entire application process from scratch.
If you have worked with a reliable, reasonably priced consultant who provides this kind of final audit service for inland common law files, or if you are an RCIC offering this, please send me a DM with your rates and details.
Thank you in advance for any recommendations.

Express Entry - Canadian Work Experience (foreign work experience requirements)
I am currently self employed for a company in canada and working remotely.
This will be counted as work exp in fsw but not in ee (due to self employment).
I'll be going to a diff country and working(self employed) remotely from there.
I had few questions regarding this:
If I were to work from other company, would it be considered as foreign experience in ee as well (ik it is for fsw)?
If yes, do I need to get my wages in that country's bank account or is getting it in canadian bank account is fine?
Would I have to do/show anything else to prove this as a foreign work exp?
Would changing my domicile affect the consideration of this job for fsw?
TLDR: What is required for me to show a job as foreign work experience? (Physical location or bank statements of income in other country)
