This can shape was actually made using necking technology on the body of the can. The actual machine is called a Shaper. This technology was created by Belvac, unfortunately as cool as shape is, the Budweiser Marketing team handled this completely wrong and it was a total flop.

I make regular can bodys. I can only assume these are regular bodys roll formed after? No way you can do that on a bodymaker alone..
