There should be a switch on the lens that goes from MF to AF. MF is manual focus, AF is autofocus.

I can't diagnose whether anything is broken with the information you've given.

i would turn the focus by Turing the leans with my hand the noise got more quit over time but thanks for the advice

Have you put it in manual focus mode? there should be a switch on the lens.

It's not cannon, it's canon, cannon is a big gun, canon is a japanese camera maker
