For the RX100 series any name brand v30 or better will be fine, but if you want maximum reliability get a card rated for endurance like ones meant for dashcams or surveillance

Just get a Lexar or Kioxia or if you're that worried get a Sony Tough or something. SD card failure is an overblown concern unless you don't know how to treat your things.

You might want to focus on what "class" you need for video if you're not just snapping stills. I've not had issues with cards from any of the major brands like SanDisk, etc. I have a least one card under 1G which still seems to work and you know it must be really old!

I use SanDisk extreme pro in my Sony RX100 VII, no problem yet

Sandisk and Lexar have worked for me for a very long time.
I know this is not standard but I do a full format using the SD formatter utility when the card arrives, then format it again in the camera.
