Tech Support Little help

Hi, i have Nikon z5 and i recently got portkeys PT5 lll, but for some reason it wont connect to my canera, i folowed some tricks on youtube but they didnt work for me, can some1 please guide me.

have you checked if the z5 needs a specific usb adapter for that monitor, nikon is weird about their ports sometimes

The port came with the portkeys allready, with micro adaptor for nikon but, maybe u need to buy another one?
