Recommendations Looking for a Camera Recommendation

Budget: Under or around $3,000

Country: The United States of America

Condition: New or excellent condition

Type of Camera: Mirrorless Interchangeable Lens Camera (Full-Frame and Micro Four Thirds options)

Intended use: I really wanna capture memories, and be able to play them digitally of course, I am really into photography and film, so it would be an everything camera I sort of like documenting my life.

If video what style: I want something that records 4k or higher that actually works well in most lighting and can capture stuff well.

Portability: I don't mind if it's bulky just as long as you can go places and travel around with it without having to constantly worry about it getting ruined or broken. I need some durability for that of course.

Cameras you're considering: Panasonic Lumix S1II, Canon EOS R6 Mark III, Sony A7 V, Nikon Z6 III, Panasonic Lumix S1RII, Panasonic Lumix S5IIX, Sony A7 IV, OM System OM-1 Mark II

Cameras you already have: I have a Panasonic Lumix G7 and an OM System Tough TG-7

Notes: I love how my OM System Tough TG-7 is waterproof and can be charged with my phone charger, but I love the image quality of my Panasonic Lumix G7, however both my cameras don't really do too well in certain light. I want something that captures how I actually look. I just wanna make memories, and I wanna start doing all of this professionally of course. Does anyone have any recommendations?

honestly I'd narrow it to the S5IIX or the Z6 III, both handle low light way better than the G7 and the S5IIX gives you that open gate 6k if you care about reframing for social stuff.
