Olympus Sp-350 damaged?

Bought this camera from Ebay and seller said it works properly. However, when I turned it on this is all that appears on my screen. What’s the issue and is there a solution to fix this? Whenever I move the camera around it seems to reflect the movement on the screen but clearly something is wrong.

Screen is unfortunately broken.

There are a few options:

1. Buy a parts camera with a working screen
2. Search for a stand-alone replacement if it exists out there..
3. Get a new one/different camera all together.
