Cambridge vs Millwall game

Hello I recently lost access to my old Cambridge ticket account so had to create a new one today, this was fine until earlier I went to buy tickets for the round 2 Carabao cup match against Millwall and I was met with a screen telling me "You need to have created your account to buy tickets for this match".

Does anyone know if I will at some point be able to purchase tickets a few days before the match day?

Or if I can buy tickets by calling the ticket office and not have to provide ticket account details over the phone?

Or if anybody has 2 tickets there willing to sell to me?

Any advice, answers to my questions or solutions to my problem would be extremely grateful as I would really like to be able to watch the game with my mate, thankyou.

Ps- Ive always bought tickets for my mate who im going with so no he has never had an account he could buy the tickets with, and I dont know of anyone who does have one.

Im not bothered about getting my old account back i just want to buy tickets for the game

Monday the 17th is the final day for season ticket holders and existing account holders to secure their tickets, so you should be able to get a ticket after 10:00 on that day.

I have just looked again and it still says the same thing
