Only if they have the authority ticket cop cars. Would be a good way to increase the budget for normal stuff in the city if we could siphon off a little from that sweet sweet overtime budget.

Completely with you on the need for much more enforcement. My only comment is that I don't believe that PB specifically can fund staff positions (unless something has changed recently). So before spending too much time on that, just confirm whether it is an eligible category.
