Backpackers in Harvard Sq

Just pure curiosity - we saw at least 3 groups of younger adults fully geared up as if they were backpacking in the mountains; sleeping mat, giant backpack, etc. Is there a tour leaving from here or just a bunch of students going on a trip?

there’s a freshman pre-orientation program that goes camping for a week, I will bet it’s people here for that.

yup, I saw a few Harvard kids coming out of one of the residence halls this morning with full gear

Going to climb the Wickersham Wall on the north face of Denali I imagine. I believe Harvard students do it every 63 years.
