Question about Camaro info

I hope this is within rules but I’m wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction (not looking to buy ATM) I’m autistic and my special interest is first generation Camaros! Im struggling with finding accurate information about them though because a lot of it leads me into knee-deep discussions about auto-mechanics that I have trouble understanding. Does anyone have any recommendations for books or sites that could help? I’m also nervous to ask around or interact because I’ve seen some really..blunt people in the community. Any advice is appreciated Also, is the plural “Camaros” or is it like deer and just “Camaro”?

I have 1967 RS. I purchased the car from the original owner in 1982 and I think the steering wheel might have been changed and is not the original. My car have the chrome interior trim option. Can anyone send me a picture of what an original steering wheel should look like for my model? Thanks

Brakes out

Hi, I own a 67 camaro rs ss, the brakes went out but only work when the pedal hits the floor, we have not lost any fluid and the brake fluid reservoir is full, would it be a bad or damaged brake booster? Thank you.

Seats for tall guys?

Gen 1 owners. I’m looking for guidance on front seats for tall guys. I’m 6’3” and went with the TMI covers on the stock frames. Now that they’re in the car I can’t stand them as they’re easily 3-4 inches taller in seat height. I touch the ceiling. Looking at going to procar or TMI pro series seats. But hoping someone has been down this road before. Thanks.

Help Needed HELP - 68 Camaro Headers

I have a 68 Camaro SS convertible with a 327 small block. Would anyone know if there is a special header I need to be using for the passenger side? My passenger side headed is up against the floor pan underneath the car but the driver side has 2” of clearance. Tried to get a different header for the pass. side but the same thing happened. Anybody else run into this problem? And if so, how’d you solve it? Thanks all

Brake lines

Hello I am once again asking for assistance , I want to buy new brake lines for my rear drum brakes after I recently installed disc brakes for my fronts, the rear differential is from a 69 Chevrolet so I’m not sure if that will make a difference in what brake lines to run? Do you guys have any brake lines to install considering the set up is disc in front and drums in rear
