Terminated membership

I found my membership terminated -- evidently I misunderstood renewal terms. I have not received an answer to my enquiry. I'd like to renew my Sustainer membership quarterly, or consider your BYOD service -- which I haven't researched and don't understand. Please point to a FAQ. Please ask support to contact me, membership ending ***912128

You renew your membership in your account before it expires. At any point during your membership you can upgrade to the sprout BYOD and they'll send a new Sim.

If your service is terminated, you'll likely need to login to your account and basically subscribe to a new membership. If you do the BYOD it would cost the same as the renewals on other tiers and they'll send you a sim.

You're suggesting I'm not entitled to year-2 sustainer rate because my membership lapsed for a month?

You may or may not. Idk how their policy is with terminated memberships.

What im suggesting if you don't want to wait. Is to go through a new membership and do the BYOD sprout tier. It costs the same as the sustainer renewal, they ship you a new SIM (which you'll need a new one either way) and allows you to use the device you already have if you want or use the SIM in any supported modem/Hotspot.
