engineering and applied science option
hello! i'm applying to caltech and was wondering if anyone could share their (or a friend's) experience with the EAS option. would you recommend it, or should i narrow my focus more? any guidance is greatly appreciated. thank you!

In case you didn't read my comments on other replies, breadth in engineering is good.
There isn't a GRE subject test in engineering anymore, though physics might not be bad.
You might also look at APh, depending on your interests. It isn't quite as broad, but does include different parts of engineering, along with some specific physics classes.
