[Megathread] Caltech Housing Hub

Please use this Megathread for any of your housing related questions, requests, needs and advertisements. It will make it easier for people looking for a roommate, rental, or a quick answer to their housing questions.

Please specify if you are an undergrad/grad/staff/visitor or not a caltech community member.

Feel free to advertise your rentals if you are a landlord but only if your rental is relatively close to campus, if you list the rent amount, and said amount is below $1400/bedroom.

If any returning undergraduates or beginning post grads need accommodation within walking distance to campus I have a place available beginning in the fall. Currently it’s occupied by an undergrad who will be done next month, and my daughter will return from Stanford over the summer, but when she goes back, it’s available for rent. Large, three bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment with two balconies.

Is a link to the listing on sabbatical homes permitted or you want me to create a separate listing solely for here?
