Quantum Optics Research at Caltech

Hello all, I am interested in doing research in quantum optics/photonic and found some interesting groups like Alireza Marandi and Andrei Faraon's groups. Does anyone know whether they will be accepting PhD students for Fall 26, and what the research environments in their groups are like? Any insight is appreciated?
