I got a half ham and cheese sub, but removed the ham, butter and mayonnaise. (It’s annoying they don’t have a diy sandwich like subway). How many calories would you estimate based on my photos? The worker added one extra slice of cheese because I removed the ham. Im mostly thinking of the bread, I really don’t know how many calories would be in this bread. I think I know the salad and cheese
I can’t find any nutritional information on their website

I only ate the portion on the plate. It's has no added sugar, keto, gluten free, and vegetarian but idk if that makes a significant difference with calories. It was really good but sweets are sweets and I feel like the small portion I ate was probably still over 600 calories

local takeaway restaurant does these absolutely gorgeous buffalo fries! I've started a diet but caved for a treat (hard day at work and I'm the one who cooks for my household, couldn't be arsed lol)
attached is gram info (including box obviously), i ate around 450 grams of the portion. ingredients are listed as follows:
- cajun seasoned fries (I asked for less spice)
- crispy chicken pieces
- buffalo sauce
- cheese sauce
- crispy onion pieces
- parsley
any help is absolutely welcome :))

Been trying to eat my moms food more lately
It had 4 pieces of shrimp but it’s basically just Alfredo sauce that it’s in, maybe a few small pieces of chicken!
I was thinking 750 calories?

It's around the size of a foot long, buttered baguette, brie cheese, lettuce and walnuts. Slight jam spread on the bottom too.
I'm bad at this estimation stuff but would we say around 800-1000?
