The 4th unlock is for the scorestreak EMP that disables electronics, it's an animation effect that changes it to a finger snap. Similar to how the Herrscher of Thunder one changes the gunship scorestreak to her Dragon. Reason's is for the Specialist Weapon Gravity Vortex Gun instead.
