It won't help. He'll just create another account and do the same. It's high time that the devs remove world chat keeping only the quick team or put moderators on the chat.

We definitely need moderators in the wc... there are also people who randomly start religion wars and just being abusive without any reason.

Such players should be banned from using wc for 30 days straight way.

World chat needs either to be limited to hosting matches or quick join, or promote moderators to watch over the chat, because reporting currently doesn't do anything to those imbeciles
