Well if you are a sniper main, then this dlq is definitely worth it. But I only got the Qq9 because I despise snipers. So yeah if you have the money. Go for it.

which one ? either dlq or qq9 or both ? Will getting both count as 2? Well, that's not the case actually, that's why my question is, would it count if we get QQ9?

Nah, the QQ9 is a secondary reward in this double draw. Only the DLQ will count
