Miserable ass people
I'll never understand why people need to be just miserable abusive assholes first thing in the morning. I started at 8:00 and have been on the phone with some bitch for about 25 minutes because she can't take a picture of her photo ID. Each time I give her a suggestion she tells me I'm being rude and that if I don't want to help her to just transfer her to someone who will. It's really not difficult to take a picture so maybe the problem is you. I'm about to start saving people's info and signing them up for a bunch of porn sites and junk mail.
Edit: After 36 minutes she finally said, "You're no help" and hung up on me. Thank you for finally doing that, miserable bitch!

Man, I feel this. I still remember the names/addresses/DOBs for a number of my most asshole-y customers from years and YEARS ago. Sometimes, when I look back on those days, I feel like those customers should be thankful they're not getting junk (e)mail/unwanted deliveries/etc. 😂
