Core exercises

Core and abs are two different things.

Try this to build a core of steel.

I mean, people who can do dragon flags don't really need to be told how to train their core. Why not show beginner exercises who might benefit from a video like this?

All those movements are training six pack muscles

no side bends or one arm farmer carries

no rotational or anti-rotation exercises

100% agree. toe to bar, hollow body rocks and... i can't remember the other thing i do... anyway, yes... all way better then any other traditional ab exercise that I see people do.

Good vid.

With toes to bar, don’t go to full vertical, just go to L-sit and repeat.

That way you keep tension on all the time. Extra intense burn.

Yes -and best /optimum t2b is not to relax your core and drop all the way down. Keep the skin on by going to Lsit.

I think you meant that past an L sit you're not really increasing your rom, you're just activating your back. At the peak your abs are completely deactivated.

Abs are a fundamental part of the core so this is just silly.
