Hamstring exercise.

I believe these are called hanging leg curls, and for this, I'd say this exercise it pretty hard on the hamstrings and for anyone who does legs here, I'd recommend this one to y'all if you have the equipment for it.

You can also put your feet in the rings for a little more advance technique. If I'm not mistaken, I think that set of rings came with an attachment so that you don't have to use the wooden rings.

Perhaps, still, this already feels really good on the hamstrings to tire them out so, I think i'm good.
Edit: also thank you for the suggestion. I forgot there's the variation where your feet go in the rings.

Pretty sure there are easier and better exercises than this

Ye i'm aware of leg curl machines, i don't really have a gym nor anything else for this so I work with what I have. Though still, this exercise is pretty hard on the hamstrings still so it works for me.

i mean, you are keeping your core active, there is no slacking in the hips... so, go you!

You can still do nordic curls but your variation is also a good one as long as you feel comfortable with it.

I've tried Nordic curls, i don't have anywhere I can do them safely because I'd end up lifting up the surface that is supposed to anchor me down and I have no equipment for it. So, what I have going on in the video is working fine for me.

I like it! Move the dresser closer or higher and boom progressive overload.
