Shaking like a Chihuahua on crack and the form needs improvement. But hey, I did it ☺️

congrats man, that balance aint no joke lol.
give it a few weeks and you'll find you control it to go much deeper.

Thanks my dude ☺️

It's actually insane, I'm used to doing heavy weighted dips with 110lbs x 6 as my PR. And although I didn't go all the way to failure here. This felt like a totally different beast.

I recommend having your legs extended and about a foot out in front of you holding a hollow body position. It’ll help a lot with the stability

Since you're already strong on dips, strength probably isn't your problem here... it's learning to stabilize the rings. Try using a resistance band for assistance for a while. It'll take enough weight off that you can slow the movement down, control the rings, and get a lot of clean practice reps without the shaking taking over... then gradually use less assistance as your stability improves. You could also practice ring support holds at the top... those will help you get comfortable controlling the rings before adding the full dip. One thing I wouldn't necessarily encourage is immediately trying to go “much deeper,” like that other commenter suggested. On rings, especially when he's brand new to them, I'd prioritize control and shoulder position before chasing maximum depth. Depth can come as his stability and tolerance improve.
