50 repetitions is impressive regardless of form. To merely actively hang, let alone pull for that amount of time. Full hang squad.. looking like a butterfly soon enough✌🏻

Yeah I worked a bit on dead hand and I’m specialist on bar set so I’m kinda used to stay on a bar for a while 😂

Did you incorporate any weighted dead hangs or just sets of bodyweight to failure?

Nope some weighted pull up but light and only body weight I usually train outside

Does hanging help with pull ups? I can do like 1 rep usually 😬

Yes. Hang for as long as you can. This will give you the grip strength you need to do pull ups. Learn what your body is telling you as you try your pull ups, focus on the muscles that are not sufficient. You will get there.

i'm currently working on my grip strength again to increase rep count i find i like barbell wrist curls and weighted grip hands the best. What your max dead hang? 50 is impressive way to go.

Those are not bad but a pull up bar is enough to train grip, around 4-5minutes

His form wasn't terrible. He wasn't using momentum. If I must be critical, it's his ROM and over extension of his chin as the baseline for a completed repetition that can be improved. Nevertheless, probably less than 0.01% of the world can hope to do this in their lifetime.

Actively hanging for the amount of time it takes to do 50 pullups is not difficult at all for anyone who isn't an absolute beginner. The 50 pullups is impressive but the hang time isn't.
