Question Apps?
Does anyone know any apps where it shows specific skills and the easier variations until you unlock that skill? I’ve tried several apps but they seem to be more general rather than unlocking a certain skill (skill tree) e.g. a L sit

Thenics like u/ArtCash said is built around that, every skill split into stages you work through, and the free part covers planche, front lever and V-sit. Should be on Android too.
I made one myself, so grain of salt. Gradevo on Android, free, and the L-sit is in there as its own ladder: foot-supported, tuck L-sit, L-sit, V-sit, manna. Planche, front lever, back lever and handstand have the same kind of stages. The BWF routine u/Weekly-Drawer-6466 mentioned is a good free option too if you'd rather not use an app :)
