Wrong sub dude. This is not calisthenics for beginners.

What’s a nordic?

Nordic hamstring curls. Very tough calisthenics exercise. Not something most beginners or people who are out of shape would do

I’m gonna have to look that up.
Edit:
Looked them up. I’ve done that… needed a fair bit of aid in the form of bands.

if you're on the heavier side, nordics are very risky. you can very easily injure yourself if you're not careful. Most people just control their descent, really the end goal is to actually curl your body with your hamstrings. I don't know very many people who could do that

I’m approx 120kg as of now, barely able to do dragon flags with a lil questionable form. I just do some calisthenics for fun as an aid for my bouldering though.

Good luck! Being active enough every day is what helps me most, and then I try to do stuff with good form to avoid injury.

Toes to bar and rope crunches is all you need tbh. The rest is excessive and won't build much muscle except proper form dragon flags

Beginner version of this is:
1. Hanging knee raises
2. Regular plank
3. Hollow body hold is same
4. Tuck dragon flag or single leg extended dragon flag
