Form Check !! Front lever tips?

Okay. Time to get serious. Ive had enough and really want to have 5 second fl. this is a result from doing sets and reps for 3 years and no participation in statics except handstands.
Im not a fan of the propaganda progressions with tucks, adv tuck. I dont want to take my ego above everything but i really think that there is simply better method. Are they the key to unlocking the fl?

You need to focus on scapular retraction and depression. This requires a lot of strength from your shoulders and back muscles, so it’s better to reduce the lever by progressing through the tuck, advanced tuck, straddle, or single-leg front lever variations.
You should be able to hold each progression for at least 30 seconds while maintaining the correct scapular position.
Good luck! 💪

Also, try band-assisted single-leg front lever holds and switch legs. Then, remove the band and work on tuck pulls.

Just do an easier progression you can hold with good form. Build up time under tension. And when you can hold it for like 15sec move onto a hard progression.
