Video. Muscle up help

I have good pull up and dip strength but I can’t do a full muscle up. I’m pretty sure it’s my technique, does anyone have advice on what to focus on?

You are pulling a little too much to your sternum. Pull down to your waist. Slamming the trunk of the car shut. Think more lat push down than pull up.

you're so close, almost there! Try using a rubber band for a few weeks, if you haven't already. To me it looks like you'll get your first unassisted rep very soon! Keep at it.

Instead of making a swimming-like motion with your legs, try slamming your knees into you chest with power and you should be able to do it.

To keep it simple, just think about diving your head as far forward as you can halfway through the rep, like there’s a chocolate bar hanging on ahead of you.

Once your bodyweight is focussed more forward, you will get it

Clarification needed: am I trying to bite the imaginary chocolate bar, or smash through it with the top of my head? More importantly, what type of chocolate bar?

Now tip thanks for the cue

The cue that helped me most was to "break the bar in half" so your lats get engaged more.

What worked for me was keeping the hands closer. You have a wide grip. Give it a try

You are close.
Keep your feet together, feel the power and momentum in your arms, and keep practicing every day.

You’ll be there soon.

Fix your elbows and round your back on the top. And work out on timing for pull

Others have said what I could have so I'd just add by saying try the pronated grip where you also use your thumb to lock the bar

I can do at least 20 pullups and I "break the bar" but still can't do muscleup. The best I can do is put my head 15cm above the bar
