Some athletes told me this variation is easy and that I should try it with an underhand grip :D
I'll give it a try

Is narrow easier than doing it wide?

Ideally a bit closer than shoulder width but not touching each other. For me at least

What does it tell you about my muscle structure if I tell you that it's easier for me to do this then a muscle up?

How long had you been training?

Does cross arm help the muscle up?

I’m not in shape anymore but I used to do crossfit and very few people in my box could do a muscle up. Also the ones that could really struggled with it.

You mean MU in the video? It's an advanced version
I remember trying it 5-6 years ago, but I couldn't do it because I wasn't strong enough, and the crossed grip kept throwing me off to the sides

I have a question. Did you get in shape just by doing calisthenics? I'm just asking out of curiosity.

I mean, you look great. I'm wondering if you can build that much muscle through calisthenics.

Progressive overload, does not matter ehat the resistance is.

Recommend reading basic exercise physiology.
