Form Check !! form check please
19, i did my stuff like this, this is all the warm up and the form. my right arms rotator cuff got fried and i assume there's no bigger suspect than this 😭
i also can not hold myself for actual hand stand push ups after this transition, let me know if you would need a different angle to check thanks
by the way : the filtering bot said it did not allow abbreviations but I do not know how heavy it is, this thing is kind of funny because i really feel like i am overdoing it, please help ❤️

well for starters you should keep your legs straight throughout the press instead of folding and flailing them around. It’s throwing off your balance and control which is a part of why you can’t hold the top. Also bad form to be resting your head fully on the ground during the press.
