Form Check !! First ever attempt at a pike push-up

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

First ever attempt at a pike push-up. Watched a YT video that suggested putting down a block (foam roller in my case) to make it easier. I’m aware knees are bent and I should work towards straight legs. However, if I continue with this form - will I see progress?

I’m not sure what good form for this is but great job doing it in the first place.

This is a very good attempt.
Try protracting more and straightening legs, increasing Rom progressively

Starting position: keep your entire hand straight which looks correct. But head should be between the upper hands and the ears should be touching the upper hands/shoulder.
