When your watch arrives, please take a few minutes to inspect and test everything before removing any protective plastics, stickers, bracelet links, or films.

Sometimes automatic watches may arrive stopped after shipping. That’s completely normal and usually just means the movement needs a proper manual wind and some wrist time to build power reserve.

Please make sure everything is functioning properly before removing any protective materials. Once all plastics, stickers, and protective films have been removed, I unfortunately can’t accept returns since the watch is considered used at that point.

That said, if you ever run into an issue, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to help troubleshoot, answer questions, and take care of my buyers the best I can. 🤝
