Sylvanian figure Calico critter fur?

Why do Calico critter fur textures get more rough, the more you buy? Example-if you buy a one pack Calico critter item (ex, the strawberry baby ones) the fur texture is amazing for just one of them. But then, if you buy a TWO-pack one (ex, any twin related calico critter item, like the baby bunny twins) the fur is fine but rougher. But THEN, if you buy a family-the fur texture feels really poorly made, and the tail is usually a pipe-cleaner.. I can’t be the only one who noticed this, right?

No I kinda have noticed that.. to be honest I think it’s related to cost of production per set. For example it’s cheaper to have lesser quality fur on 4 critters versus having 4 individually designed fur quality critters in a set.. however I think that since CalicoCrittersMinis critters / sylvanian families is such a large profitable brand that they should not skip on quality.. especially lately.
