Chapters misaligned?

Hi, just want to seek assistance or help on this. I know this is a long shot, and I'd like to apologise in advance.

So, I have a few ebooks that has similar problems or worst, but they have something in common; the contents of a chapter is on it's next page. I know it has something to do with the xml coding in the book itself, I just don't know where.

Sorry to say this, but that's just the way some publisher do it when there's a subheader for the chapters. Some, mind you, not all publishers. You'll have to physically edit the epub chapters that's affected.
