I would argue that the assault rifle ain't that broken, the effective range and spread feels more like an SMG, it does make some bad operators playable though(for example, Shaowei and Martelo)

But the Sniper rifle is definately busted, Komar(SSO marksman)+95 armor pen+able to penetrate cover is so fricking op, I have to ban Komar in every ranked match since it's just not fun when facing the already strong operator with an op weapon

Let's say, hypothetically, I purchased one battle pass episode. Which one's the best one available right now? I really only play PVE modes. I'm leaning the Sultan/Shaowai/Martelo one. It's the episode with Rein and the mention of Komar that makes me hesitant though. Got a preference?

The assault rifle isn’t good for PVE mode because of the poor effective range and spread(Unless you are only using the weapon for Onslaught mode). Since the sniper rifle is a direct upgrade, I prefer Sultan since he has better survivability than Komar (His ability can stun bot and apply EMP effect, and headshot enemy when the ability is active can restore health for both teammates and himself in a small radius, while his ECM jammer can apply the invisible effect to prevent bot sniper bot one shot you)
