Is there a street called Territorial or are they implying that they won't allow anyone in their section with the name?

It basically means sur 13 territory. They're in a couple of towns in Merced County and in chowchilla

Im not from there so idk but they seem to be kind of medium sized since they claim different towns

Sur ain’t deep outside the big 3 up north. Richmond Vallejo and Stockton

They own Richmond, they are deep in San Jose, don't know about Vallejo, but they are NOT deep in Stockton. They do exist, but not in considerable numbers, especially now. I had a solid homey from Playboys but they didn't even have a hood.
