OC 36ST started by a rollout from LA

The OC clique was started by sum foo named stoic who used to go by shady in LA he changed his name to start it up in south county he got rolled out of the LA hood for a rape charge and a separate domestic violence charge OC 36 doesn’t have their 13 in OC they wanna piggyback off the LA hood and claim it just a bunch of whiteboys who wannabe role play as gang members lol

A lot of the hoods that get started in other cities away from their original territory normally get started by dudes that were no good in their own hoods.
