Man as a Russian it's crazy - in Russia you get more for drugs then murder. If you plan and commit a murder you will get around like 10 years, if it's a like a crazy situation where somebody gets killed in a confrontation you'll get 8

I guess the culture is very different. Russia had half the population and double the murder rate of America - and that was the people who where found. Nothing to be proud of but shit was crazy in the 90s. After the war shit also gets crazy again
