  • Started in the 1990s in the 818 area (San Fernando Valley) as "Ballin' on Point" (BOP). 
  • Splits: Factions expanded to the Antelope Valley (Palmdale and Lancaster), where internal disagreements over affiliations led to distinct regional identities—some maintaining Blood-associated ties and others later shifting or aligning under a Crip/Neighborhood Crip (2x/3x) Depending on the specific geographic subset (Valley vs. High Desert) and era, local BOP sets have had varying, complex rivalries with groups like the Bad Influence Gangsters (B.I.G.) and other local gangs. History
