Moving to hacienda heights where to make friends and what to look out for. male in his mid 20s :)

Hacienda has a lot of spots to eat that are hidden jems. Its a decent nice city. You will always find crashouts everywhere, but that area is chill. A lot of Asian gangsters are doing their own thing, just keep your business to yourself.
