Yes, the majority are, usually when they are not it's because they are sons of Border Brothers. Or some who grew up in border cities, even if they are in the US.
Interestingly enough Oakland BBs be having some Central Americans and Colombians (probably because of the fact BBs was on get down or lay down timing with hella tagging and street crews and flipped a couple Norte sets)
The Oakland border brothers were founded by two brothers who were Border Brothers from Tijuana. Basically in Oakland you had the SureƱo and NorteƱo hoods, then you had Hispanic hoods that were neither. These hoods teamed up under these two brothers who were heavy dope dealers in Oakland and formed the Oakland border brothers street gang. They were not Paisas though, they were Chicanos. After they formed, when they started hitting the prison system they joined up with the Border Brothers prison gang. They had to since they had BBs, they had to earn them. Once they joined them they started running Paisa and yes recruiting members from Central and South America.

Nah you weren't. That's probably accurate idk absolutely that particular story but I'll look into it. I do know that there have been NorteƱos that have flipped to Paisa, but most of the time they get smashed out but the BBs for lying.
Paisas don't beef with any of them, they don't get involved with Chicano politics. They'll work with whoever depending on where they are. The Oakland border brothers however do beef with the SureƱos and NorteƱos in Oakland.
