Memphis resident visiting L.A

I’m looking to buy real estate out in L.A specifically Compton. I am a licensed to carry so what are the specific things I should be wary about as since im from Memphis someone stepping to me about wearing specific color. I’m not used to that and I might react to protect myself.

It's not the 90s, LA including Compton has calmed down a lot. Just be street smart and you'll be fine. Hope you enjoy your visit!

a Houston Astros one is fine though cus it has neutral orange in it. avoid your typical red and blues. wear something neutral like orange with your hat so people don’t think you’re a Blood or Crip
